Art Deco Sterling Ring Set with Celluloid Cameo and Marcasites
|
A peachy colored celluloid cameo is the focal point for this circa 1920's ring. This beautiful maiden is prong set into a spectacular art deco stamped sterling backdrop and flanked by eight prong set marcasites, arranged in a delightful geometric design. The cameo measures 1.4 cm by 1 cm while the total measurements with setting are .85 inches long by .6 inches wide. This beauty is marked "STERLING" on the band, measures a size 6 3/4 and weighs 2.1 grams. Item # 2160.

Art Deco Gold-Filled Shell Cameo Locket |
This Art Deco locket, circa 1930, is in gorgeous unused condition. It is immaculate, down to it's original grossegraine paper under the plastic picture protectors. A pretty shell cameo of a girl with a flower decorating her hair is bezel set on to the cover of this gold-filled cutie. Chain measures 18 1/2" long. Prettily etched locket measures 1 1/8" with bail by 3/4" wide at widest point and is unmarked. Round linked chain is marked "1/20 12K" on older spring ring clasp. Great find on this pristine piece!
